The Process: The Path of your Project
Description of the property damage called/faxed/e-mailed to Bartwood’s customer service representative.
You are contacted and we attempt to determine the type, size, and extent of the damage.
Customer file is made and assigned to one of our project estimators.
Estimator contacts customer upon receipt of file and schedules an appointment for inspection of the property’s damage.
Estimator inspects the damage, photographs affected areas, diagrams the affected areas of damage and starts the estimate generation process.
Estimator completes the estimate package and forwards it to the appropriate party. (Estimate package generally includes our scope of work, a computer generated diagram of loss and a detailed line item estimate.)
Customer approves and signs either “Work Authorization” or “Proposal/Contract” to allow for commencement of repairs.
Bartwood assigns a job superintendent to manage and oversee the day-to-day repair activity.
Superintendent contacts customer immediately upon receipt of file to schedule a pre-repair walk-through at the property.
Superintendent provides customer with a detailed repair schedule including start and completion dates.
Superintendent reviews material selections with customer, orders materials, schedules appropriate craftsmen and monitors the progress of the work throughout completion.
A final walk-through after all work has been completed is conducted and a “Satisfactory Completion Statement” is signed by the customer.
An evaluation card is mailed out to the customer for assessment which helps us perform at the highest level of service on future jobs.
File is closed.
